Bus Sign Up
The bus sign up form will open up on May 19, 2026, at 9:00PM, on SignUpGenius, after the mandatory informational meeting on May 18, 2026. To prepare, read the below steps 1-6:
Coordinate with Your Crew: Before diving into the online form, chat with your friends who’ve already registered and paid for the trip. Confirm who you all want to ride with.
Attend the mandatory WHS Grad Nite informational meeting on May 18, 2026, 8pm via Zoom. Information and logistics of the trip will be presented, as well as information on how to sign up for a bus.
May 19, 2026, 9:00PM: The SignUpGenius will open up for bus sign up (we have 3 buses going on this trip). Each grad with need to complete the SignUpGenius form along with their parent. Reminder, please only enter the names of grads who are registered and paid, and only select 1 bus.
Fill Out the Form: Make sure everything is accurate for your crew and ensure none of the names are duplicated on other group forms. Sign up using accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading information or signing up for more than one bus, will lead to you being assigned a bus by the WHS Grad Nite Committee.
Submission Deadline: Submit the sign up no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026, 9:00PM. This ensures your group’s spot on the bus. The bus sign up will CLOSE on May 21, 2026 at 9:00 PM. If you do not sign up for a bus by this deadline, you will be assigned a bus based on the remaining spaces. Bus assignments will be sent out on May 26, 2026 and no changes will be made after this date.
Code of Conduct: All grads and parents must also review and complete the 2026 WHS Grad Nite: Student Code of Conduct. This will include important information on expectations, medications, and emergency contact information.
