Space is limited to 100 grads  (and then waitlist) and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit must be made at the time of registration. 

Regsitration is handled by WorldStrides  Specialty Travel Programs.

A payment of $150 will be due no later than 1/23/2026. 

Payment will be collected by WorldStrides  Specialty Travel Programs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prior to 12/1/2025 – Full Refund

From 12/1/2025 to 3/1/2026 – Refund minus $100 fee per person

After 3/1/026 – No refunds

The final non-refundable, non-transferrable payment will not exceed $200. As we fundraise throughout the year, we’ll hopefully be able to reduce it.  Final payment is due no later than 3/6/026.

Around Mid-February, the final payment amount will be confirmed and you’ll receive an automated reminder email reminding you to make the final payment.
